Upcoming schedule changes: Wednesday, November 16 - hours will be 10 am to 5 pm. Thursday, November 24 to Friday, November 25 - closed. Monday, December 26 to Tuesday, December 27 - closed. Wednesday, December 28 - hours will be 3 pm to 8 pm.

FLU SHOTS are HERE and available for patients and family.

FLU SHOTS are nearly here but were delayed due to the storm. Walk-in clinics are scheduled for Friday Sept 16, 2-5pm; Friday Sept 23, 2-5pm; Wednesday Sept 28, 9am-noon. THE WEDNESDAY SEPT 7 CLINIC IS CANCELED BECAUSE VACCINE DELIVERY WAS DELAYED. Established patients can also schedule a time for a flu shot.
