June 14, 2010 Attention Blue Cross customers: BCBS has made an error that has caused them to send out notices saying that services here in 2009 are not covered. These notices are incorrect, so please do not panic if you receive one. They are working to fix the problem. Please call BCBS to check on the status. May 25, 2010 Vacation notice: The office will be closed for vacation the week of June 28 to July 2. I will remain available by telephone. Many thanks to everyone who has offered feedback on the practice financial plan. A definite plan will be communicated soon. March 9, 2010 THE OFFICE IS MOVING! On MONDAY, MARCH 29, we will be in our new location at 6365 N Croatan Hwy, Suite B. Spring office closings: Friday, April 2 (spring break vacation) and Friday, May 21 (SMAT disaster team scheduled deployment). February 27, 2010 No new Medicare patients can be accepted into the practice at this time, until Congress permanently fixes the physician payment formula that has brought about a 21% decrease in payments for office visits, effective March 1. |
