Online Appointments
After your initial appointment, you can make your own appointments online without waiting on the telephone. If you have not registered, please call to request an account. You can choose your time and when you'd like a reminder e-mail sent. Be sure you get the "OK" screen before finishing. If you have any problems or questions, or if you feel you need to be seen and no appointments are available, please call the office.
Location and Directions
The office is located in north Kill Devil Hills on Highway 158 between Mileposts 5 and 5.5. The new Island Land Center has the tall, brightly colored buildings on the west side of the highway between Paradise Golf and Jim Perry Realty.
The office is on the top floor of the yellow building, above Atlantic Pain Management and Rehabilitation. The elevator and stairs are in the red-roofed tower between the buildings.
